Cows of West 46 - 18"x24" Acrylic on Wood

"Cows of West 46" was inspired by my drive on West 46 from Paso to Cambria back in February after the central coast had seen an unusual amount of rain. As the hills turned green, the cows headed out to graze! I don't know when this fascination began, but I love cow watching, especially on this drive. When I was taking my reference photos, I was able to zoom in on a group of cows going about their business and knew I had to turn it into a painting. The cows on the green hills combined with a spectacular sunset gives you "Cows of West 46" 18x24 acrylic on wood.
 
This painting is acrylic painted on wood and comes ready to hang. The edges are painted in a color that accents the painting.
